Thank you for shopping at Auto Tech Pro. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or used
  • Software or digital downloads
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@autotechpro.us with photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days
